Housing Officer Role

Sellick Partnership is seeking a skilled Housing Officer to join our team on a temporary ongoing basis. As the first point of contact for our customers, you will be responsible for delivering an effective housing management service, including tenancy management and enforcement.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver an effective housing management service, including tenancy management and enforcement
  • Support the delivery of an effective income collection service where needed
  • Undertake an effective lettings service where needed
  • Support the provision of an effective void, repairs and maintenance service
  • Ensure neighbourhoods are safe and clean
  • Deliver an effective end-to-end investigation and resolution service for customers experiencing anti-social behaviour in their homes
  • Ensure all activities are within budgetary constraints, including estate services expenditure
Requirements:
  • Experience working within Housing
  • Full UK Driver's license and own vehicle
  • Able to complete a basic DBS
