Job Title: Senior Sales Coordinator
We are seeking a proactive and experienced Sales Coordinator to support the growth of new client volume while managing team operations, training, and development. The ideal candidate will possess expertise in Salesforce reporting and Microsoft Office (advanced Excel) and have a strong organisational skills with attention to detail, accuracy, and the ability to prioritise workloads.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage dashboards, reports, and data distribution for accurate sales performance tracking
- Lead and motivate a team of two, ensuring SLA compliance and smooth daily operations
- Oversee team performance reviews, attendance reporting, and process improvements
