Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chef de Partie to join our catering team at Spire Healthcare Ltd. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional food and beverage services to our patients and staff.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Food Preparation: Prepare high-quality food items in a hygienic and safe manner, adhering to Spire's catering policies and procedures.
  • Catering Operations: Supervise kitchen areas, restaurant, and ward pantries to ensure excellent service delivery to patients, staff, and visitors.
  • Leadership and Teamwork: Lead and motivate catering staff to achieve effective and efficient catering services, ensuring all staff attend mandatory training and adhere to health and safety protocols.
  • Cost Control: Monitor and control food costs within catering, participating in quality control processes to maintain high standards.

Requirements:

  • Customer Service Focus: Demonstrate a customer service-focused approach, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Previous Experience: Previous experience in hospitality is desirable but not essential.
