Job Summary

We are seeking an ambitious Executive Chef to join our team. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for preparing and serving high-quality food that delights our clients and customers. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Preparing delicious, high-quality food that meets our customers' expectations
  • Overseeing and implementing menu changes to ensure consistency and quality
  • Identifying opportunities to improve our food services and implementing changes
  • Listening and acting on customer feedback to consistently improve our food services
  • Supporting with the creation of new menus and creative food concepts
  • Representing Compass Group UK & Ireland and maintaining a positive brand image
  • Monitoring inventories to keep our kitchens well-stocked
  • Overseeing kitchen cleaning responsibilities to maintain hygiene standards
  • Complying with Food Handling, Hygiene, and Health and Safety regulations

Requirements

We are looking for a passionate and experienced Executive Chef who:

  • Has a City & Guilds 706/1 & 2 or NVQ equivalent
  • Has experience supervising a team
  • Has experience in a similar Executive Chef role
  • Hold a Food Hygiene certificate
  • Has a flexible approach to working
