Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Chef to join our team as a Executive Chef. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for leading the preparation and presentation of high-quality food that delights our clients and customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement menus that meet the needs and preferences of our clients and customers
  • Oversee the preparation and presentation of food to ensure exceptional quality and presentation
  • Lead a team of chefs and kitchen staff to ensure efficient and effective food production
  • Monitor inventory levels and manage kitchen supplies to ensure optimal stock levels
  • Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless delivery of food and support services

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a senior chef in a similar role
  • Strong leadership and management skills
  • Excellent culinary skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays
