Nursing Education Lead

We are seeking an experienced Nursing Education Lead to join our Clinical Training Team. As a key member of the team, you will play a vital role in developing and facilitating learning experiences for students.
Your primary responsibility will be to ensure consistent high-quality placements and student support, working closely with HEIs, Therapies, and People Development.
You will allocate student placements, implement the Safe Learning Environment Charter, and provide practical support to front-line teams.
- Allocate student placements for 5 local universities
- Develop and implement Return to Practice initiatives
- Conduct placement meetings for all 5 universities
- Implement the Safe Learning Environment Charter
- Deliver Student Simulation sessions
- Provide ePad support
- Assist with validation events
- Organize NMET activities
- Facilitate Student Forums
As a valued member of our team, you will receive a competitive salary of £38,890 - £44,503 per annum, depending on experience.
