We are seeking a motivated and experienced Senior Neonatal Intensive Care Nurse to join our Special Care Baby Unit in Barnstaple.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality, patient-centered care to neonates in our Special Care Baby Unit.
- Lead and develop the nursing team, promoting a culture of excellence and innovation.
- Participate in the development and implementation of policies and procedures to ensure the delivery of high-quality patient care.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care pathways and optimal patient outcomes.
Requirements
- Registered Nurse with a valid NMC registration.
- Experience in neonatal intensive care nursing.
