Key ResponsibilitiesIn this role, you will:
- Deliver high-quality antenatal care, prioritizing individualized care and support for women, partners, families, and carers.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement personalized care plans, incorporating parenting classes, clinical examinations, and screening.
- Conduct risk assessments and identify potential issues, ensuring timely interventions and referrals as needed.
- Maintain accurate records, adhering to NMC guidelines and trust policies.
To excel in this position, you should:
- Hold a degree or diploma in nursing, specializing in midwifery.
- Demonstrate a minimum of 12 months of paid experience as a midwife within the last two years.
- Possess current NMC Registration and relevant certifications (Neonatal Rhesus and CTG).
