Adult Health Service Lead

About the Role:
This is a key leadership position within our practice, responsible for managing and developing the nursing team. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the nursing team, including regular performance assessments and annual appraisals.
- Develop and implement policies, standards, and guidelines across nursing services.
- Provide clinical supervision and act as a clinical expert for the nursing team.
Requirements:
- Registered Nurse with up to date NMC registration.
- Evidence of continued professional development.
- At least 2 years recent nursing experience of working in a primary care environment.
