Role Overview

The successful candidate will lead the development of clinical excellence across four care homes in Braunton, Taunton, Torquay, and Truro. This is an exciting opportunity for a Registered Nurse with strong leadership skills to make a real difference in the lives of residents.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will need to be a Registered Nurse RN (General) with a current NMC registration. You must also provide evidence of continued professional development and have a strong understanding of current regulatory requirements.
