HR Administrator Job Description

Tulip Recruitment is seeking a skilled HR Administrator to provide administrative support to our clients. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing people-related transactional administration, responding to enquiries, and providing a seamless experience for new and existing leaders and colleagues.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, ensuring compliance with relevant legislative and procedural requirements.
  • Provide administrative support to the HR team, including responding to enquiries, processing transactions, and maintaining electronic personal files.
  • Collaborate with the People and Payroll teams to ensure a seamless experience for all new and existing leaders and colleagues.
  • Administer and maintain systems, ensuring accurate and timely filing and maintenance of electronic personal files.
Requirements:
  • HR or CIPD qualification is advantageous.
  • Experience in an HR or similar customer-facing role is essential.
  • Understanding of GDPR requirements is essential.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate positively on the telephone and via video calls.
  • Ability to manage own varying workloads effectively, proactively organizing work and tasks.
  • Good level of IT skills, including Microsoft Office suite.

Please note that this role is hybrid-based, with office spaces located in various locations. Experience of Day Force, HRIS, and Service Now is desirable but not essential.
