Clinical Administrator with Secretarial Support

We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Administrator to join our team and provide secretarial support to Consultants and junior medical staff. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work under pressure.

Main Responsibilities
  • Accurately input and maintain patient administration systems.
  • Process documents efficiently using digital dictation, analogue dictation, and as directed by the clinician.
  • Take and transcribe minutes, process documents, and provide clerical support for data input.

The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate self-directed development and practice of patient administrative systems, while exercising judgment and expertise in their work.

The estimated salary for this position is £26,000 - £31,000 per annum, depending on experience.
