At VC Evidensia UK, we are seeking an exceptional Veterinary Clinic Administrative Assistant to join our team. This is a full-time position that requires 40 hours of work per week. As the first point of contact for our clients and their pets, you will provide outstanding customer service, manage appointments, and ensure the smooth operation of our front desk.

The ideal candidate will be adept at multitasking and have prior experience in a fast-paced setting, preferably within a veterinary context. You will warmly greet clients and their pets both in person and over the phone, maintaining accurate client and patient records and providing updates regarding their pets' care and treatment plans.

What We're Looking For

We are looking for a team player who excels in a fast-paced environment and is client-focused. In addition to a competitive salary of £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, you will benefit from:
