Magical Beginnings, a highly-regarded provider of early childhood education in Massachusetts, is now recruiting for a motivated and experienced staff member to join our Wakefield school team. About the Position

This role demands a collaborative team player who can handle diverse situations effectively. Some key duties include:

  • Substituting for absent Teachers when needed
  • Working closely with Classroom Teachers to complete daily tasks and prepare materials
  • Supporting the educational process through engaging activities and direct supervision
  • Sustaining a neat and tidy school atmosphere while adhering to EEC regulations
Essential Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you should possess:

  • A valid EEC Teacher Certification or similar qualification and relevant experience
  • Prior experience working in daycare settings, preferably in center-based or private institutions
  • A kind-hearted approach and a genuine interest in empowering young children to reach their maximum potential

Hourly Compensation

The estimated salary range for this role is $16-$20 per hour, paid weekly.
