Careangelshomecare seeks a dedicated and enthusiastic Level 1/ Level 2 Health and Social Care Tutor/Assessor to join our team. As a Tutor/Assessor, you will be responsible for teaching Health and Social Care subjects and planning engaging lessons that challenge students.

This is a long-term role that offers the successful candidate the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of our learners. You will work collaboratively with management to deliver high-quality learning experiences and be committed to excellence in teaching and learning.

The ideal candidate will have relevant experience in the field and be able to engage different learners using a range of teaching resources. They should also be able to demonstrate effective lesson planning and delivery that meets individual needs using innovative methods.

  • Teach Health and Social Care subjects to Post 16 learners.
  • Plan engaging lessons that challenge students.
  • Collaborate with management to deliver high-quality learning experiences.
  • Motivate learners and empower them to believe in their abilities.
  • Adhere to all policies, including those related to safeguarding and candidate safety.
  • Hold a recognised level 3 and above teaching qualification (PTLLS or equivalent / above).
  • Have a first degree/Higher degree/Certificate in Health and Social care.
  • Have a detailed understanding of UK social work policy and practice.
  • Have experience in UK Classroom teaching.
  • Hold a current UK DBS (within the last 3 years).

Salary: £30,000 - £40,000 per annum
