Health and Social Care Professional

At Careangelshomecare, we strive to deliver exceptional services to our learners and employers. We currently have an opportunity for a committed and enthusiastic Level 1/ Level 2 Health and Social Care Tutor/Assessor. This is a long-term role that requires the successful candidate to teach Health and Social Care subjects and plan engaging lessons that challenge students.
You will join a small, dedicated team who are passionate about helping individuals develop their potential and achieve their aspirations. Your primary responsibility will be to motivate learners and empower them to believe in their abilities.
To succeed in this role, you must have relevant experience in the field and be able to engage different learners using a range of teaching resources. You should also be committed to excellence in teaching and learning, with a focus on delivering high-quality learning experiences.
- Work collaboratively with management to deliver high-quality learning experiences to participants.
- Have excellent subject knowledge and experience of planning for progression.
- Demonstrate effective lesson planning and delivery that meets individual needs using innovative methods.
- Have experience of teaching Post 16 learners.
- Adhere to all policies, including those related to safeguarding and candidate safety.
- Hold a recognised level 3 and above teaching qualification (PTLLS or equivalent / above).
- Have a first degree/Higher degree/Certificate in Health and Social care.
- Have a detailed understanding of UK social work policy and practice.
- Have experience in UK Classroom teaching.
- Hold a current UK DBS (within the last 3 years).

Salary: £28,000 - £35,000 per annum
