Wolverhampton Social Care Professional

The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Conducting comprehensive assessments of children and families in need;
- Developing and implementing care plans to address identified needs;
- Providing support and guidance to families to promote their capacity to care for their children;
- Liaising with other professionals, including healthcare workers and education specialists, to ensure a holistic approach to case management;
- Managing caseloads effectively, prioritizing tasks, and meeting deadlines;
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A Diploma in Social Work (DipSW) or equivalent qualification;
- Registration with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC);
- A current Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check;
- A full driving license.
