Higher Level Support Worker for Young Adults

Duties and Responsibilities:
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality support to students with Special Educational Needs in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. This includes developing and implementing individualized learning plans, working closely with teachers and other support staff, and contributing to creating a positive school culture.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
- Level 4 qualification or equivalent (e.g., Higher Level Teaching Diploma)
- Experience working with pupils/young adults with SEN, SLD, PMLD, ADHD, SEMH, and ASD
- Minimum GCSE Maths and English at Level 2/C or above
- Understanding of Safeguarding and Child Protection policies and procedures
- Full driving license and access to a car
