We are seeking a motivated and experienced Higher Level Teaching Assistant Role candidate to join our team at Teachers Train Teachers.

In this role, you will work closely with tutors to provide support for learners, develop plans and resources, and assess adult learners to ensure their needs are met.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work well under direction, and possess a strong understanding of the education sector.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Working alongside tutors to provide support for learners
  • Developing plans and resources to meet learner needs
  • Assessing adult learners requiring support and ensuring that their needs are met
  • Sharing best practice with colleagues to promote student achievement and progress

We offer a competitive salary of £22,550 - £24,617 per annum, plus enhanced annual leave and an occupational sick pay scheme.
