About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Trainee Psychological Wellbeing Practitioner. The successful candidate will work closely with our experienced professionals to deliver low-intensity interventions to individuals with anxiety and depression.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct assessments and provide face-to-face and remote interventions to clients with common mental health difficulties.
  • Work closely with a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality services to clients.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
Requirements
  • Postgraduate Certificate (M Level) qualification or equivalent.
  • Significant experience of working with individuals who have experienced mental health difficulties.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
