At Royal Mail, we are reinventing ourselves for the future. We are looking for a Delivery Professional with Excellent Customer Service Skills to join our team.

You will be responsible for delivering mail and parcels to customers across the country. This is a physical job that requires you to work outside in all weather conditions.

As a Delivery Professional, you will be the face of Royal Mail in your community. You will be expected to provide excellent customer service and to be a friendly and approachable face in the community.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Delivering mail and parcels to customers across the country
  • Providing excellent customer service and being a friendly and approachable face in the community
  • Working outside in all weather conditions
  • Having a strong sense of community and taking pride in your work
  • Having a full UK manual driving licence with no more than 6 penalty points
