About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and inspirational Learning Support Practitioner to join our dynamic Learning Support department at South Staffordshire College. As a Learning Support Practitioner, you will play a vital role in supporting learners with specific learning differences, mental health difficulties, or disabilities to achieve their career and learning goals.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, develop, and monitor strategies for learners who require additional support.
  • Provide advice and guidance to teachers to deliver inclusive lessons for individuals with additional support needs.
  • Work collaboratively as part of a strong team to provide a supportive and inclusive learning environment.
