About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Brand Manager to join our team at Norseland. As a key member of our Marketing Team, you will be responsible for developing and executing brand plans and strategies that drive business growth and success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Brand Planning and Strategy
    • Develop and execute comprehensive brand plans and strategies that align with business objectives.
    • Monitor and measure brand performance, identifying areas for improvement and optimization.
  • Campaign Development and Management
    • Develop and execute marketing campaigns across various channels, including social media, email, and print.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and execution of marketing strategies.
  • Content Creation and Management
    • Develop and manage content calendars for marketing initiatives and campaigns.
    • Collaborate with agencies to develop compelling and on-brand messaging and content.
  • Product Management and Innovation
    • Lead the management of product portfolios, including pricing, SKU management, and co-development of new products.
    • Own business cases, innovation opportunities, and launch strategies for branded innovation.
  • Digital Strategy and Marketing
    • Develop and execute digital marketing strategies that drive business growth and success.
    • Manage social media platforms and engage with followers to build brand equity.
  • Market Research and Analysis
    • Conduct market research to gather insights and data on brand awareness, brand performance, and positioning.
    • Monitor industry trends and consumer behavior patterns to identify emerging opportunities and threats.
  • Reporting and Data Analysis
    • Create monthly and quarterly performance reports.
    • Analyze marketing campaign performance and ROI, consumer feedback, sales, and market data to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
  • Collaboration and Communication
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and execution of marketing strategies.
    • Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including sales, NPD, production, and supply chain teams.
Requirements
  • Marketing or Related Degree
  • Proven Track Record in Brand and Campaign Management
  • Strong Attention to Detail and Analytical Skills
  • Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills
  • Ability to Work Independently and as Part of a Team
  • Strong IT Skills, Including Microsoft Office Suite
