Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Brand Manager to join our Marketing Team at Norseland. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and building our award-winning cheese brands, including Applewood and our Licensed brands.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in brand and campaign management, with experience in a fast-paced FMCG environment. They will be responsible for developing and executing brand plans and strategies, managing marketing campaigns, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute brand plans and strategies for defined brands across the UK and international markets
  • Manage marketing campaigns, including content creation, social media management, and graphic design
  • Collaborate with agencies to develop compelling and on-brand messaging and content
  • Manage UK and international artwork for selected brands
  • Lead the management of the product portfolio, including pricing, SKU management, and co-developing NPD with Product Development
  • Conduct market research to gather insights and data on brand awareness, brand performance, and positioning
  • Analyse marketing campaign performance and ROI, consumer feedback, sales, and market data to identify areas for improvement and optimisation
  • Work closely with various departments, including sales, NPD, production, and supply chain teams to ensure seamless execution of marketing plans and product availability
Requirements:
  • Proven track record in brand and campaign management
  • Experience in a fast-paced FMCG environment
  • Marketing or related degree holder
  • Comfortable managing and signing off UK and international artwork while following internal processes
  • Great project management skills
  • Strategic, creative, and innovative thinker
  • Well-versed in digital marketing, particularly using WordPress CMS, SEO, various social media platforms, social media ads, and analytics
  • Exceptional organisation, planning, and time management skills with the ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced role
  • Data analysis and interpretation
  • Good IT skills with an in-depth knowledge of MS Office Suite, particularly PowerPoint
  • Full UK driving license
