Job Title: Brand Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Brand Manager to join our Marketing Team at Norseland. As a Brand Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing brand plans and strategies to drive business growth and increase brand awareness.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute brand plans and strategies to drive business growth and increase brand awareness.
  • Manage and maintain brand consistency across all marketing channels.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and execution of marketing strategies.
  • Conduct market research to gather insights and data on brand awareness, brand performance, and consumer behavior.
  • Develop and manage marketing campaigns to engage target audiences and drive sales.
  • Manage and maintain brand assets, including logos, packaging, and advertising materials.
  • Monitor and analyze marketing campaign performance and ROI.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in brand management and marketing.
  • Strong understanding of brand strategy and positioning.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite.
