About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Brand Manager to join our team at Norseland. As a Brand Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing brand plans and strategies to drive business growth and increase brand awareness.

Key Responsibilities
  • Brand Planning and Strategy
    • Develop and execute brand plans and strategies to drive business growth and increase brand awareness.
    • Monitor and measure brand performance to ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Campaign Development
    • Develop and execute marketing campaigns to promote our cheese brands.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure campaign alignment with business objectives.
  • Content Creation
    • Develop compelling and on-brand messaging and content for marketing campaigns.
    • Collaborate with agencies to develop engaging content for social media and other marketing channels.
  • Design and Artwork Management
    • Manage all UK and international artwork for our cheese brands.
    • Brief projects into design agencies and ensure timely delivery of artwork.
  • Product Management
    • Lead the management of our product portfolio, including pricing and SKU management.
    • Collaborate with Product Development to develop new products that align with brand image and meet consumer needs.
  • Innovation Commerciality
    • Develop business cases for branded innovation.
    • Own the launch strategy and post-launch reviews for branded innovation.
  • Digital Strategy
    • Develop and execute a digital strategy to drive business growth and increase brand awareness.
    • Collaborate with the social media agency to execute an engaging social media plan.
  • Market Research
    • Conduct market research to gather insights and data on brand awareness, brand performance, and consumer behavior.
    • Help identify new innovative opportunities.
  • Reporting and Analysis
    • Create monthly and quarterly performance reports.
    • Analyze marketing campaign performance and ROI, consumer feedback, sales, and market data to identify areas for improvement.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration
    • Work closely with various departments, including sales, NPD, production, and supply chain teams.
    • Ensure seamless execution of marketing plans and product availability.
  • Presentation and Communication
    • Support the Sales Team by creating engaging sell-in and brand plan presentations.
    • Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Budget Management
    • Assist in budget planning and tracking.
    • Ensure that marketing initiatives stay within allocated budgets.
  • Brand Compliance
    • Ensure that all marketing materials and activities adhere to brand guidelines.
    • Function as a custodian for our cheese brands.
  • Consumer Engagement
    • Engage with consumers, respond to enquiries, comments, and reviews to enhance brand loyalty.
Requirements
  • Marketing or Related Degree
  • Proven Track Record in Brand and Campaign Management
  • Strong Attention to Detail
  • Excellent Communication and Presentation Skills
  • Ability to Work Independently and as Part of a Team
  • Strong Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills
  • Proficient in Digital Marketing Tools and Software
  • Full UK Driving License
