This is a unique opportunity to join the University Hospital of North Midlands NHS Trust as a Midwifery Team Lead.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent leadership and communication skills, with a strong background in midwifery care. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading the development of care and management of women at increased risk of preterm birth, working closely with our Lead Consultant and Fetal Medicine team.

Our hospital is one of the largest and most modern in the country, serving around three million people across two sites in Stoke-on-Trent and Stafford. We estimate the salary for this position to be between £38,890 and £44,664 per annum, depending on your experience and qualifications. Please note that this is a fixed-term post covering maternity leave commencing in 2025 for a nine-month period.
