Job Description

As a Senior Business Development Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving sales success and revenue growth within our Rethink Events team. This exciting opportunity is perfect for a results-driven sales professional with exceptional communication skills and experience selling B2B to senior level business executives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Selling sponsorship and exhibition space across a portfolio of high growth B2B conferences in the agri-tech, food-tech and sustainability sectors
  • Tracking and reporting on the Business Development and delegate sales teams' monthly performance against targets
  • Supporting Business Development team members in accurately forecasting sales, identifying any gaps, and helping them identify the most effective routes to achieving their goals and targets
