Job Overview

Warwickshire County Council is seeking a dedicated individual to fill this exciting role within the School Effectiveness team.

This position requires strong analytical skills to analyze the Section 175 Audit and provide guidance on educational safeguarding best practices.

The successful candidate will work closely with school leaders to develop effective safeguarding strategies and contribute to the overall success of the team.

Responsibilities and Challenges:
  1. Analyzing the Section 175 Audit to identify areas for improvement
  2. Conducting school audits and visits to ensure compliance with safeguarding policies
  3. Collaborating with school leaders to develop and implement safeguarding strategies
  4. Providing expert advice on educational safeguarding practice, provision, and culture
  5. Maintaining accurate records and reporting on progress
  6. Contributing to the development of safeguarding policies and procedures

Annual Salary: circa £50,000, based on location and experience.
