Firmin Recruit LTD is seeking an experienced Accounts and Property Management Specialist to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing opening reconciliation and accounts for new properties taken on by the Block Management Department, ensuring any fees agreed by the Block Management Department for setting up the property are raised, and dealing with telephone calls and any queries.

The ideal candidate will have previous Service Charge Accounting experience and excellent people and communication skills at all levels. We offer a competitive salary of £45,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience, and a range of benefits including Benenden Health Care, Medicash, Employee Assistance Program, 25 days holiday + Bank Holidays, Learning and Development Programme, Long Service Award, Pension, and some remote working after 6 months.
