About the Role

The successful candidate will have excellent accounting skills, strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, and excellent communication skills. They will be proficient in financial software and have experience in property accounting or a related field.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage accounts and financial records for CV Screen Ltd
  • Prepare and present financial reports to stakeholders
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies
  • Develop and implement financial procedures and systems to improve efficiency and accuracy
Requirements:

To be considered for this role, you must have:

  • A relevant degree in Accounting or a related field
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in property accounting or a related field
  • Excellent accounting skills and knowledge of financial regulations
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in financial software and experience with property accounting systems
