Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Electrician to join our team in a challenging and rewarding role, where you will be responsible for carrying out testing, inspections, and remedial work within void domestic properties. As an experienced electrician with a background in social housing, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the safety and quality of our clients' properties.

**Key Responsibilities:**
  • Carrying out 2 EICRs a day or remedial works on Void properties as part of essential compliance inspections and maintenance.
  • Maintaining excellent customer relationships and delivering top-quality service.

**Requirements:**
  • Completed an apprenticeship or equivalent training in electrical installation.
  • Experienced within Social housing.
