About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Senior Business Development Manager to join our team at CV Screen Ltd. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in business development and a deep understanding of the life sciences and biotech sectors.

The Senior Business Development Manager will be responsible for developing and executing go-to-market strategies to drive adoption of new products. This includes conducting market research to identify new applications and growth opportunities in biotechnology.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute go-to-market strategies to drive adoption of new products.
  • Conduct market research to identify new applications and growth opportunities in biotechnology.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key industry players, expanding the company's customer base.
  • Support business development activities and collaborate on high-value deal closures.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritise new product applications.

What Experience is Required:

  • At least 5 years of experience in business development or commercial roles within the life sciences or biotech sector.
  • A Master's degree in biology, biochemistry, or a related field (PhD is advantageous).
  • Proven success in identifying market opportunities, building partnerships, and developing business strategies.

Salary and Benefits:

  • The estimated salary for this role is £75,000 - £110,000 per annum, depending on experience.
