We are seeking a Business Development Executive to join our team at beBee Professionals in Cambridge. As a Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining relationships with existing clients, ensuring customer satisfaction, and identifying new opportunities to expand our business.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, acting as their main point of contact.
  • Develop strategies to meet client needs and drive long-term business growth.
  • Identify new sales opportunities within the current client base.
  • Prepare sales reports and forecasts for senior management.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Business Development Executive or in a sales role.
  • Strong understanding of CRM software and client relationship management.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
