Business Development Senior Executive

Healx is a pioneering biotech company that is revolutionizing drug discovery using AI and clinical expertise. With a mission to help rare disease patients in need, we are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Senior Executive to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage business development projects from initiation to closure, ensuring timely delivery and effective stakeholder management.
- Develop and execute business development strategies to identify and pursue new opportunities aligned with Healx's scientific, therapeutic, and commercial portfolio strategy.
- Conduct commercial analysis to evaluate the viability of new opportunities, including market research, competitor analysis, and financial modeling.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including commercial, finance, legal, and clinical, to ensure seamless execution of business development activities.
- Identify and communicate risks and opportunities associated with new and existing partnerships and strategic alliances.
- Facilitate project team meetings and ensure effective communication among team members.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in business development and project management in the biotech/pharma industry.
- Strong commercial analysis skills, including market research, competitor analysis, and financial modeling.
- Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences-related discipline or advanced degree.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience in executing business development and licensing activities.
- Experience in a smaller, more entrepreneurial environment.
- MBA or similar degree.
- Experience in rare diseases and/or the (pre)clinical development process.
