Drive Business Growth with Our Team

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven individual to join our team as a Business Development Specialist. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving performance across multiple areas, analyzing data daily, and creating targeted strategies to achieve business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive business growth
  • Lead a dynamic team focused on sales growth and exceed targets through effective leadership
  • Coach Sales Leaders to build business acumen and support their progress
  • Monitor and support the performance of Sales Leader teams
  • Facilitate regular sales meetings and partner with Sales Leaders to drive growth
  • Use excellent communication skills to enhance engagement and build relationships
  • Collaborate with other Business Development Specialists and internal teams for a unified leadership approach

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Demonstrated ability to achieve results in Sales Leadership Development and KPIs
  • Proven success in growing and developing Sales Leader teams
  • Experience in accelerating business growth through effective coaching and leadership
  • Ability to coach and mentor Sales Leaders through online and offline platforms
