Business Development Executive

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven individual to join our team as a Business Development Specialist. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving performance across multiple areas, analyzing data daily, and creating targeted strategies to achieve business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive business growth
- Lead a dynamic team focused on sales growth and exceed targets through effective leadership
- Coach Sales Leaders to build business acumen and support their progress
- Monitor and support the performance of Sales Leader teams
- Facilitate regular sales meetings and partner with Sales Leaders to drive growth
- Use excellent communication skills to enhance engagement and build relationships
- Collaborate with other Business Development Specialists and internal teams for a unified leadership approach
Qualifications & Experience:
- Demonstrated ability to achieve results in Sales Leadership Development and KPIs
- Proven success in growing and developing Sales Leader teams
- Experience in accelerating business growth through effective coaching and leadership
- Ability to coach and mentor Sales Leaders through online and offline platforms
