**About Lancaster Resources**

We are a global consultancy seeking an experienced Senior Enterprise Software Solutions Executive to join our team. This role will be worked on a hybrid basis, with work split between our UK offices, home, and customer sites as needed.

The successful candidate will be responsible for selling Dynamics 365 and associated services to mid and large enterprise customers, generating new business from our existing installed base, developing a pipeline of opportunities, and nurturing them to successful closure.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Develop strategic partnerships with customers to secure C-suite relationships.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer success and drive revenue growth.
  • Build a pipeline of opportunities, identify incremental projects, and achieve quarterly revenue targets.
  • Qualify potential customers based on their likelihood to purchase and nurture relationships to closure.

**Qualifications:**

  • Proven track record in selling Dynamics 365 and driving demand.
  • Ability to create market awareness and align sales approaches with customer needs.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a high degree of collaboration and teamwork.
  • Demonstrable ability to strategically sell, understanding customer businesses, their needs, and goals.
  • Strong business acumen, with the ability to understand customer requirements.

**Estimated Salary:** £60,000 - £80,000 per annum.
