Mobile Health Team Inc. is seeking a skilled Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join our team in Portland. As a COTA, you will work closely with our clients to provide high-quality care and support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide occupational therapy services to clients in a variety of settings, including skilled nursing facilities (SNFs).
- Assess clients' needs and develop individualized treatment plans to promote independence and functional ability.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care and support.
- Document client progress and maintain accurate records.
Requirements:
- Active unrestricted Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) certification valid in a U.S. State or Territory.
- Experience working in SNFs or other healthcare settings preferred.
