About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care Assistant to join our team at Sonderwell. As a Complex Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting clients with complex care needs, enabling them to maintain their independence and live the life they choose.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality care and support to clients with complex needs, including those with paediatric experience.
  • Administer basic life support for paediatrics, including oxygen therapy via nasal cannula.
  • Perform PEG feeding and operate nebulisers as required.
  • Conduct oral suctioning and administer medication safely and effectively.
  • Comfortably handle situations involving unwell babies, including potential resuscitation if necessary.
About You

We are looking for someone with patience, flexibility, and a caring personality. If you have experience working with children and are confident in your ability to provide high-quality care, we want to hear from you.
