About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and caring individual to join our team as a Care Assistant. As a Care Assistant with Altogether Care, you will have the opportunity to make a positive difference in people's lives by providing support and assistance to individuals in their own homes.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting and assisting individuals to live independently as possible
  • Empowering individuals to make their own decisions and choices
  • Providing support with personal care and daily living tasks
  • Offering physical and emotional support to individuals
  • Helping individuals to participate in daily activities and tasks
  • Assisting with healthcare and personal appointments
  • Fostering positive relationships with individuals, their families, colleagues, and other professionals
  • Utilizing mobile technology to record and deliver quality care
  • Upholding the principles of Altogether Care's values
  • Implementing and following safe working practices
