Youth Activity Coordinator

About the Role:

We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Youth Activity Coordinator to join our team at Ultimate Activity Camps in Cambridge. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering engaging and structured activities to children aged 4-5, focusing on participation, development, and enjoyment.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience working with children in a sport, art, or education setting and be confident in their ability to adapt their delivery to meet the needs of individual children.

A competitive salary of £9.50 - £10.50 per hour is offered, depending on experience, plus opportunities for progression and professional development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality activities that promote learning and development in line with EYFS requirements
  • Maintain a safe and supportive environment for all children
  • Work closely with the Early Years Leader to ensure seamless provision of activities
  • Supervise and engage with children outside of activity times
  • Be adaptable and flexible in response to changing circumstances
