Job Description

As a Lead Activity Coordinator at Ultimate Activity Camps, you will play a vital role in ensuring the welfare and safety of children on camp. Your primary responsibility will be to deliver outstanding, structured activities that cater to the ages of 6-14 years.

You will work closely with other staff members to create a high standard of physical, emotional, and social care. As a group leader, you will welcome new children into your group and liaise with the Camp Manager and/or parents as necessary.

To succeed in this role, you must have experience working with children and delivering activities. You should be able to tailor your delivery and structure according to age and ability. Enthusiasm, energy, and passion for developing children through play and activity are essential.

The salary for this position is approximately £95.26 - £120.41 per day, inclusive of holiday pay. This rate is based on an 8.5-hour day and takes into account factors such as age, experience, and qualifications.
