Graduate Cambridge is seeking a motivated individual to lead its leisure club team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the leisure facilities, including the gym, pool, and spa.

The hotel's location, set right on the River Cam in the heart of Cambridge's historic centre, offers an ideal environment for our guests to relax and unwind.

We estimate that the salary for this position will be around £40,000-£55,000 per annum, depending on experience.

The ideal candidate will have excellent leadership and communication skills, as well as experience in managing leisure facilities.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing the leisure club team
  • Scheduling maintenance and repairs of equipment
  • Coordinating events and activities
