Business Development Manager

We are seeking a talented Business Development Manager to join our team in London or Manchester. As a key member of our account management team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, identifying new business opportunities, and developing strategic plans to drive growth.
The ideal candidate will have a background in sales or marketing, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. A degree in a relevant field is also required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue growth targets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, identifying new business opportunities and upselling/cross-selling services
- Work closely with the account management team to develop and deliver comprehensive client solutions
- Conduct market research to stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless delivery of projects and services
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in sales or marketing, preferably in the healthcare industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office
