About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Child Protection Social Worker to join our client's team in Lincoln, Lincolnshire. This role offers a competitive hourly rate of £35 and provides an excellent opportunity for experienced social workers to advance their careers.

The ideal candidate will possess a Level 2 Social Work qualification and have experience in managing CIN, CP, and CIC/Proceedings cases from the front door. A strong understanding of robust assessments and safety planning is essential, with the ability to ensure the Voice of the Child (VOC) is heard throughout interventions with children, young people, and families.
