About the Role

iPeople Solutions is seeking a skilled professional to join our team in Lincolnshire County Council.

Salary: £35 per hour

Job Description

As a Children's Services Professional, you will be responsible for assessing the needs of children and their families, and developing plans to support them. You will work with a range of stakeholders, including schools, health professionals, and community groups.

  • You will need to have experience of managing complex cases, including Child in Need, Child Protection, and Child in Care.
  • You should be able to work flexibly, including some evening and weekend work, and be willing to participate in a weekly duty rota.
  • You will have the opportunity to work with a strong and supportive team, and contribute to the development of services for children and families.
