Job Summary

We offer a competitive salary of £34,696 to £42,541 per annum, paid by the hour between £17.79 to £21.81, processed on a weekly timesheet. The successful candidate will oversee the delivery of high-quality services, ensuring the safety, well-being, and development of children and families.

About the Role

This fixed-term contract role involves leading a team of staff and sessional workers in developing and maintaining effective practice and delivery of services to children, young people, and families. Key responsibilities include completing management procedures, planning workload allocation, and overseeing Service User Recording in line with policies and procedures.

Key Requirements
  • Experience in children's services, preferably in a leadership role
  • Sound knowledge of Ofsted requirements
  • Able to maintain active engagement on safeguarding matters
