Children's Support Manager Position

About the Role:
We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Children's Support Manager to join our team in Peterborough and Lincoln.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of staff and sessional workers in developing and maintaining effective practice and delivery of services to children, young people, and families.
- Complete all management procedures and routines for each member of the team in line with People Policies.
- Plan and delegate the allocation of workload and resources within area of responsibility.
- Oversight and control of Service User Recording in the team.
Requirements:
You will need to have experience in children's services, be able to line manage people, and have a sound knowledge of Ofsted. Additionally, you should be an empathic person who can keep calm under pressure and enjoy making a positive impact on children's lives.
Salary: £34,696 - £42,541 per annum (paid by the hour between £17.79 and £21.81). This is a fixed-term contract with a rolling temp arrangement.
