We are seeking an experienced Administrative Support Specialist to provide comprehensive administrative support to senior leaders within a Medical Affairs and HEOR department.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing calendars and departmental correspondence, as well as providing secretariat support for Leadership teams.

Responsibilities will include independently handling invoices, purchase orders, expense reports, complex travel arrangements, and office supply management.

The successful candidate will also develop and maintain communication platforms and tools for global cross-functional collaboration.

Key requirements for this role include a relevant degree, proven industry experience as an Executive Assistant, and a working knowledge of software including SAP and MS.
