About the Role

We are looking for a Support Worker to join our team in Bristol, supporting adults with a range of disabilities, including visual impairment, cerebral palsy, and learning disabilities. As a Support Worker, you will play a key role in helping individuals live independently, by providing daily care and support, and assisting with personal goals and aspirations.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Daily Care & Support: Providing personal care, meal preparation, and medication assistance
  • Building Relationships: Getting to know the people you support, understanding their needs, and helping them live life on their own terms
  • Empowering Independence: Assisting with personal goals, from daily activities to long-term aspirations

**What We Offer:**

We offer a competitive salary of £23,400 per annum (pro-rata), plus benefits, including comprehensive training, career progression opportunities, and recognition and rewards for your hard work. We also offer flexible working options and up to 36 days of holiday.
